The Saint Louis Military Officer Support Foundation was incorporated on December 29, 2008, as a Missouri not-for-profit corporation. As described in its Articles of Incorporation, the Organization is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax deductable under section 170 of the Code.
